We had been to 3 - 4 time places and were beginning to feel if these guys wanted to even welcome customers.....don't want to name them here, but the moment we stepped into Simpolo tiles, we were greeted ne a warm smile, that we later came to know was of Ms Meenakshi......She went on to try and understand our taste, and was very patient. She was soon joined by Sir (didn't catch his name), who was very warm and professional and made us feel completely at home ..... He also guided us very well, and we are looking to close the deal in a day of two......keep up the good work.....
