Very nice space for exploring the tiles and bath-ware nice team they made understand every thing as per our requirements beautiful collection by Simpolo really liked their R&D for putting the effort into some beautiful tiles with unique patterns and surfaces with textures on them colours are amazing really goes with lot of desig languages. Only one thing it will be nice if we get digital texture package of all the tiles for architects for placing them in 3D and checking with clients.

Most of the Simpolo tiles collections are neatly organised and displayed. Staffs are knowledgeable (Anand) and share their suggestions based on the customer need.
Simpolo is having some unique collections, liked the feather touch, paper Matt kind and textured and carved styles mimicking the natural elements very closely
Prices are premium, may have to negotiate with the dealers based on volume, location and other factors for best prices.
Would recommend Simpolo to anyone looking for tiles.

One of the best sales executive I have ever met across various showrooms I visited as part of tiles hunt. Initially we felt that how come that one executive handle on a Saturday, but kudos to Anand the way he handled us and everyone was truly inspiring and he was helping out everyone without any signs of hesitation or tiredness, which shows his true spirit of being an executive that too in a experience center which doesn’t sell directly. He helped us to choose and select the tiles for my entire villa under construction and suggested alternate and trending options. I did also learn how to adopt patience and deal in a calm manner when there is something out of control from Mr.Anand. Lot of sense he made to the selection suggestions and he made us feel satisfied in all aspects.
About the experience center, the collections are quite well organised. More display and expansions are planned I think since renovation is in progress

We (my wife & I) recently visited the JP Nagar Simpolo experience centre for our new house tile needs. We were attended by Mr Anand who showed excellent professionalism in understanding our needs & explaining the various offerings Simpolo has for our requirements. He patiently answered all our queries & suggested options. We had to visit the experience centre few times before we could finalise, however on all such occasions he was able to accompany us & guide us through. On one occasion when he was on leave, his colleague Sindhu attended to us and she was also very helpful. I am very happy with the customer service Anand exhibited which helped us to make the right decisions.
