My visit to the Simpolo Experience center at Horamavu was a very fruitful and pleasant one....it was still being set up but I got what I was looking for .....this place exhibits a wide variety of tiles for all areas ....it is advisable that you browse the website for what you are looking before the store visit, as it makes it easier.
The staff here are very professional and courteous and helpful too.....special mention Ms Sumitra....very enterprising and helpful and efficient.
A must visit for your tiling needs....good collection!!

We had tight schedule and reached Mr. Divyesh over cell number given in one of the comments. Mr. Divyesh arranged for our visit to gallery and ensured Mr. Tarun supports us, though it was holiday. Mr. Tarun & some other staff reached on time and explained us in detail addressing requirements. They also shown 3d visualiser and 3d diagrams for some of the patterns we asked though we overshot time. Collection of tiles are great and we could select the combination with ease. Through our focus was for flooring tiles during visit, we could conclude for Pooja room and entertainment unit as well..

Simpolo showroom sales staff is excellent. Front desk to sales guys have good knowledge. They don't push or convince hard to sell the products.
They give sufficient time to decide.
Visited other dealers didn't like the service nor information given
Price they quote better than elsewhere.
They seem to be little pricey when u see initially. But once you understand and compare with other tiles you will be happy. Personally I like the quality and the collections. hence, was not convinced with other places I visited. They have a price starting from rs 90 i guess.
Felt sales team, front desk n house keeping lady are also treated well by the employer and trained well to greet the customers.
Ms.Sumitha excellent knowledge u have on the product n color combination. I just felt u r from the front desk but your interaction with the customers when ur sales team gets busy or feel little off u take things over them make sure ur customers gets info what they need.
You were one of the reason for me to get back simpolo.
